Do I need an Amazon Professional Selling Plan?
Yes — Amazon requires a Professional Selling Plan (not Individual) for the automation and API access this agent uses. That subscription is separate from our £99/month fee and is paid to Amazon directly.
Does it handle FBA?
Yes — shipment plan creation, replenishment timing and box content coordination for Fulfilled by Amazon inventory are part of the standard service.
Which Amazon marketplace does it cover?
Amazon.co.uk out of the gate. Other marketplaces (.de, .com, .ca, .com.au and others) are a configuration change once your UK store is running — tell us if you need one.
Do I need to give up my Amazon seller login?
No — the agent works from a linked seller account with scoped access, the same way a member of staff would. You keep full control and can revoke access any time.
Will it publish a listing or send a buyer message without me seeing it first?
Not unless you switch it to hands-off. The default is always-draft: you approve every listing edit and every buyer reply before it goes out.
